1.      Simple present tense

Tenses ini Digunakan  untuk masa sekarang ( habitual action atau rutinitas dan fakta-fakta umum.

Rumus:

(+) S +V1(s ,es)

Example(+)  egi takes a bath twice a day

(-) S + DO/DOES +NOT + V1

Example :(-) they do not make a cake

                  (-)  Egi does not a bath twice a day

(?) do/does +s+ v1

Example(?)  does egi take a bath twice a day

                (?)  Does she go to campus by motorcycle

2.      Simple past tense

Tenses ini di gunakan untuk menyatakan kalimat/peristiwa yang sudah lampau.

Rumus :

(+) S + V2

Example : I  though a bath

(-) S+did +not + v1

Example : he did not go to campus

(?) DID +S +V1

Example: did he go to campus

NOTE: I ,YOU, THEY,WE (DO)

            SHE,HE,IT (DOES)
